Where is my order?
Track your order using the provided tracking number. We often send our parcels out through DPD or PostnNL so use the tracking feature on their websites to track your order.
How can I obtain my tracking number?
You can find your tracking number 1-2 days after placing your order. Please contact us if you do not receive it.
How can I cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to make changes or cancel the order. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
What are the cancellation terms?
You have 24 hours to contact us for cancellation. After shipment, we cannot cancel your order.
What should I do if my item arrived damaged?
We carefully package every item, but sometimes damage can occur during shipping. Send us your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we will send you a replacement item at no cost.
